The test results are odd here. The only upgrade test failure is in
`MixedModeAvailabilityUpgradedCoordinatorTest`, but it's...

upgrades [4.0.16 -> [5.0.3]]

That isn't a new upgrade path, so I'm not sure what's going on. I'll see if it
fails locally...
