The field `INDEX_STATUS` was added in 5.0 for SAI
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-18058). This causes the
GossipInfo parser to fail when SAI is used on the cluster. Resolution is to add
and support the `INDEX_STATUS` field.
