Test cassandra51 works with 3 (or 6) agents in the ci-cassandra.a.o jenkins
infrastructure.

The new test node is cassandra51 and has the label 'cassandra-test-node'. I
initially set the executors to 3, feel free to adjust as needed based on your
scaling tests. Let me know how it goes, and we'll build out the rest as soon as
we have positive confirmation.
