Stefan Miklosovic commented on CASSANDRA-19743:
-----------------------------------------------

[~maoling]  would not be "nodetool describecluster" more appropriate command to
put this into? There we are already adding list of keyspaces with their
respective replication strategies. I can imagine we might add there another
output that some keyspaces differ on replication strategies.

> add keyspace name to exception message in
> StorageService#getEffectiveOwnership for better debugging

> Note: Non-system keyspaces don't have the same replication settings,
> effective ownership information is meaningless
> {code}
> I have 5 nodes and over 20 keyspaces. It's difficult for me to identify which
> one has different replication settings without going through each one
> individually, as stated in the warning note.
