There currently is an inconsistency in the Cassandra Sidecar codebase: all
server metric classes shall be moved into the
{{org.apache.cassandra.sidecar.metrics.server}} package, consistent with the
existing instance metrics in the
{{org.apache.cassandra.sidecar.metrics.instance}} package.
