Noticed as I was backporting CASSANDRA-20092 that we aren't calling
SSTable#openDataReaderForScan in SSTableSimpleScanner meaning we are losing out
on the benefits of CASSANDRA-15452 for BTI still. A quick fix to use
openDataReaderForScan instead of openDataReader is all we need.
