I would love to see these classes to be released as a separate artifact. I find
this very handy code for integration tests, it might be reused very
conveniently and it would enable developers to integrate testing with sidecars,
spinning Cassandras etc.
What I am doing right now is that I am basically copying all package to my
project just to be able to use that.
