Just general hygiene. When I built Cassandra off-line in our enterprise, we
didn't have the 5 year old v1.3.0, so I had to add that to our mirror before I
could build it.
The release notes are here [maven-resolver-ant-tasks Release
Notes|https://github.com/apache/maven-resolver-ant-tasks/releases] and show
several CVE's resolved, Java support upgraded from 7+ to 8+, and transport
modules (http, file, classpath) updated.
