Current ITs for DSE functionality (graph, Solr, etc.) are bounded by the
BackendRequirement annotation introduced by
[JAVA-3069|[https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/JAVA-3069].] A
[BackendType for
HCD|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-java-driver/blob/4.19.0/test-infra/src/main/java/com/datastax/oss/driver/api/testinfra/requirement/BackendType.java#L23]
does exist for these integration tests but the various tests haven't been
updated... so they aren't currently being run against HCD. Jenkins output
confirms this.
