Create new bridge modules for Cassandra 5.x to be able to later support BTI
sstable format.
New modules should be based on 4.x version with as least code "copy-pasting" as
possible.
Tests:
* When appropriate parametrise unit tests to run against 4.0 and 5.0 bridges.
* Add new CI job to run functional tests.
