Summary:
We’re going to need new metrics to make the new Mutation Tracking functionality
easy to operate.
Here’s a basic list of what we have in mind:
1. Offsets applied via broadcast
2. Read summary sizes
3. Number of unreconciled mutations
4. Size of MutationJournal on disk
