When initially connecting to a load balancer with v2, the `system.local` table
is ignored and the load balancer address is stored for the initial host. This
means future connections to that host might not go to the same host causing the
HostInfo struct to be incorrect. This is a regression from v1.7.0 but could fix
issues like CASSGO-72.
