Well, I'm not a huge fan of jib I have to say (any tool that tries to hide
the implementation details for "magic" usually just has bad vibes), but if it
works in this case, there's no need to create another layer.
As for releases, what would you imagine taking more work? Politics? In
technical sense it should be just using `${GITHUB_REF#refs/tags/}` for the tags
part.
