Introduce a "performance" profile to Jenkinsfile that runs the "microbench"
test target. Also introduce "cassandra-large-dedicated" jenkins agent label,
as JMH reports are only useful on dedicated same spec hardware.
Add microbench-test test type that runs a single iteration of jmh classes for
the sake of testing that they actually run (many don't, see CASSANDRA-18873,
which are currently included).
Set default jmh jvm heap to 1G (can be overridden by jmh class).
Run microbench and microbench-test on 15G ram docker/agents.
Parameterise the docker and jenkins split timeout value, as microbench needs to
run for many hours.
