Test and Documentation Plan: Verified the corrected documentation link is
accessible and returns the expected Getting Started guide page. Updated
README.md with the correct URL pointing to Apache Cassandra 4.1 documentation.

This patch fixes a broken documentation link in the [README |
https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/trunk/README.asc#L34] file. The
Getting Started guide URL was pointing to an [incorrect path |
https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/stable/cassandra/getting_started/index.html]
that returned 404. Updated to the [correct documentation URL |
https://cassandra.apache.org/doc/4.1/cassandra/getting_started/index.html] for
Cassandra 4.1. Related to [PR|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/4550].
