Currently, the code style configuration is located in the project's root
directory and is shared between developers. This could cause inconvenience and
issues for those who prefer to work with a code style that differs from [the
official one|https://cassandra.apache.org/_/development/code_style.html].
It has been agreed that the code style configuration will be moved from the
.idea/codeStyles folder to the ide/idea folder, as was the case prior to
CASSANDRA-17925.
