Ah, sorry [~edimitrova] - I thought I had the +1 from you after your review
comments were addressed.
Definitely not still working on it; it's about as polished as _I'm_ going to be
able to get it without new pairs of eyes taking a look. Given it works and is
clean on CI and has 2 committer +1 (myself and Mick once these last dockerfile
things are ironed out), I think we should merge it so we can cut the alpha and
have follow up Jira tickets for things that need polishing.
Assuming neither Mick nor Dmitry (nor you or anyone else of course) have
something they see that we really ought to fix pre-merge.
