3.29.3 was released when the project was still owned and managed by 
DataStax/IBM.  Since then the project has been donated to the ASF.  We updated 
this link when we moved to pyproject.toml for 3.30.0; see [this 
commit|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-python-driver/commit/3c13176bcbf4d4cb6dd7b3d24bc71c67fc90be32]
 for more detail on that.

 

In short I expect this to be fixed when 3.30.0 is released.  We'll be pushing 
the project to testpypi before we officially release it so if we see things 
aren't updated there we'll definitely fix it before we make it live.
