They'll take 3x as long, but provide better coverage. {{TrivialSimulationTest}}
should still be single-digit seconds for 3 iterations.
{{ShortPaxosSimulationTest}} should still be around a minute. [~shrutips] Let's
make sure we post the 5.0 and trunk CI results above.
