Addressed review comments, also
[added|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/4644] a new trunk test to
validate autorepair upgrade from 5.0 - the test check that a round of repair is
sucessfully ran after upgrade. However this test will only work on CI after the
5.0 patch is merged.
