DRIVER_NAME prop for STARTUP messages is pulled from package.json (see
[here|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-nodejs-driver/blob/v4.8.0/lib/requests.js#L328]
and
[here|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-nodejs-driver/blob/v4.8.0/lib/requests.js#L23]).
[Current
value|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-nodejs-driver/blob/v4.8.0/package.json#L4]
is "DataStax Node.js Driver for Apache Cassandra". This needs to be changed
to something more ASF-friendly.
On the Java side we went from "DataStax Java driver for Apache Cassandra(R)" to
"Apache Cassandra Java Driver".
