As part of work on CASSJAVA-113 we updated Netty to 4.1.130 for 4.x (see [this
commit|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-java-driver/commit/595cb29912dc8b55663cc13bafe3f17dc4f91ce6]).
We try to keep the same Netty version in use for both 4.x and 3.x so we
should do the same for 3.x.
