CachingSchemaStore.configureSidecarServerEventListeners() method continues to
publish ON_CDC_CACHE_WARMED_UP event when schema publishing fails.
In this scenario, downstream consumers will not be able to deserialize messages
as schema for published CDC messages are not present in the schemastore
