I would not be too fast here. We should take into consideration
https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/4826 and maybe think how to make the
check in Sidecar on par with Cassandra one. Otherwise it might pass the check
in Sidecar but it would fail on Cassandra, making the validation in Sidecar
somehow less optimal.
