To try to improve testing from agents, I propose that we add skills for common
testing utilities; this patch focuses on the accord Property.qt (replaces
QuickTheories) and Property.stateful methods.
To test out how well the skills work I had the agent find untested (directly
untested) utility functions and create property / stateful tests; then iterated
to improve the skill till I was happy enough with the tests
