Periodically we have unit tests which fail on CI with OOM, without heap dump it
is hard to find a root cause. It would help if we store heap dumps somewhere
for an analysis.
Note: heap dumps are heavy, so the place to keep them should be selected
carefully and a proper rotation/rate limiting for the number or heap dumps is
needed.
