Add a copy-paste walkthrough documentation that runs the Live Migration feature
(CEP-40) end-to-end on a single laptop using CCM, which can complement the
existing reference doc (docs/src/live-migration.adoc) by providing a concrete
node1 → node4 migration scenario.
