In Analytics, certain QuickTheory tests are flaky. The seeds are logged for the
failed tests. However, the random values are produced from the multiple
randomness sources, rendering the logged seed useless.
Proposing this patch to wire all the randomizers to the single source, in order
to reproduce the failure deterministically in the offline run.
