Went through the 4.3–4.5 changelogs for anything that might break, nothing that
changed actually touches what we use (just getInstance() and execute(String)).
Also ran it for real: confirmed the native library loads and profiles fine
outside Cassandra, and checked it side by side against the old 4.2 jar under
the same setup same behavior both ways, so nothing here is a regression from
the bump.
