Initial release of Python 3.15 (3.15.0) came out on October 9th, 2026. Python
3.10.x went EOL on October 1st of the same year (see
[PEP-619|https://peps.python.org/pep-0619/]). In keeping with our policy of
supporting only releases which are not EOL we should update the Python versions
we test against for 4.0.0.
