Cassandra's authorization and role system relies on hierarchical permissions
across multiple resource types and internal caches. Currently, authorization
tests are mostly static and deterministic, leaving complex sequences of role
mutations and inheritance chains under-tested.
This ticket plans to implement a stateful, model-based test for Cassandra's
Authorization and Permissions system that generates random sequences of role
and permission operations and verifies them against a reference model.
