The fix for CASSANDRA-21817 is on cassandra-6.0 but is missing on trunk. The
merge (cassandra-6.0 into trunk) brought in CASSANDRA-21818 but dropped the
changes to LengthConstraint, OctetLengthConstraint and ConstraintArgumentsTest;
only the CHANGES.txt line reached trunk. On current trunk,
LengthConstraint.java:95 and OctetLengthConstraint.java:81 still call
Integer.parseInt(term) inside the catch block, so a malformed term throws
NumberFormatException instead of InvalidConstraintDefinitionException, and
ConstraintArgumentsTest#testPrepareRejectsMalformedTermWithInvalidDefinition
fails with NumberFormatException: For input string: "*abc".
