Switching from <= to < means that getColumnFamily will now include tombstones
for just-deleted column with gcgs == 0.
For clients this is harmless (since we drop tombstones in the coordinator after
RR), but internal code needs to be more careful. patch attached to have
loadTokens expunge all tombstones.
