HHOM is using {{TokenMetadata.getToken()}} in {{deleteHintsForEndpoint}} and
{{deliverHintsToEndpointInternal}}. {{getToken()}} only considers normal
endpoints. It's not clear to me why tokens that are joining should be excluded
from processing.
