Wondering if we even need MMap file in this case as it is always sequential.
If yes, we need it we might want to replace
logFileAccessor = new RandomAccessFile(logFile, "rw");
to
logFileAccessor = SequentialWriter.open(logFile, true);
in CommitLogSegment
