Add an option to cqlsh to authenticate to a keyspace by default

As the cassandra-cli does, it would be nice to have an option for cqlsh to
authenticate to a keyspace on startup. That way you can write aliases for
logging in or put it in the .cqlshrc file so you never have to do the 'use
blah;' command redundantly every time.
