Would prefer list-to-include and list-to-exclude personally. I most freguently
want to see "everything but system." However defaulting to
everything-but-system with option to do list-to-include instead, would also
work for me.
(I do think we should definitely support a list of CFs, not just a single one;
the former is a superset of the latter, obviously.)
