creating ks,cf with invalid characters produces error message:
InvalidRequestException(why:Invalid Keyspace name: shouldn't be empty nor more
than 48 characters long (got "baz.bar"))
added, text for that.
Also the error for cf bad names was saying Invalid keyspace name, fixed that.
