Cassandra CliClient class keep a local cache of
private final Map<String, KsDef> keyspacesMap = new HashMap<String, KsDef>();
which is refreshed each time add new keyspace, login, add new cf through the
CLI, any other meta data changes not made by CLI don't refresh the local cache.
we can add one new command to CLI, refrech the meta data of the keyspace
or remove the local cache, so that any other app changes the meta data will
show in CLI real time
