the line for invalidaterowcache says "Invalidate the key...", should be
"Invalidate the row..."
The line for upgradesstables is an exact copy of the line for scrub. It seems
like it could point out why one would use it, maybe something like this:
"Updates sstables from a previous cassandra version"
