Most, probably, but what for people that want a different one? Now if that is
really a problem for gossip, we can always force the same address for both
thrift and the native protocol in 1.2 and call it a limitation. But ultimately
it would be nice to lift that limitation as it doesn't cost us much.

I agree on the misfeature, but forbidding to do that is probably harder that
allowing it. And if we allow it, I think we should support it correctly. But
not saying it's urgent at all.
