* In 1.1.1, show keyspaces to get schema definitions
* Upgrade to 1.1.5
* Do not run nodetool scrub
* Check keyspaces. If any are missing, recreate table definitions:
** Shutdown cluster
** rm data/system/system_schema*
** Restart cluster
** Run CREATE KEYSPACE + CREATE TABLE for missing keyspaces
