When testing Hadoop jobs using the Cassandra InputFormat/OutputFormat classes,
it's helpful to be able to use public IPs rather than the private IPs that the
ring describe returns. It's be possible to use an SSH tunnel, but a
"node-mapping" feature in those classes simplifies the process.
