Interesting part of findbugs report is incorrect unlocking in
org.apache.cassandra.db.compaction.CompactionManager.
findbugs is still not in class with pro tools doing run-time analysis, findbugs
can't find cause of CASSANDRA-4687 while commercial tools can.
