When executing "describe <keyspace>" on Cassandra CLI, often the column
families shows an empty list, even though the keyspace does contains some
column family.
Below is the result observed when doing a describe keyspace on the
"system_traces" keyspace, but this behaviour is observed on user created
keyspaces as well.
[default@system_traces] describe system_traces;
Keyspace: system_traces:
Replication Strategy: org.apache.cassandra.locator.SimpleStrategy
