Summary: add tracing of cell name index effectiveness (was: track row
indexes in sstable stats)
I think we have a pretty good idea of index size from the existing row size
stats, but it would be useful to include in query traces how many columns we
had to deserialize post-seek. (Probably the index deserialize too.)
