Nit: We can move the "Index doublecheck" log line in the else of the
"if(!sstable.descriptor.version.hasRowSizeAndColumnCount)" since it's not
really meaningful anymore in 2.0.
But otherwise lgtm, +1.
It'll be nice to resurrect the ScrubTest indeed, though it's clearly not a
blocker for beta1.
