When querying columns for CAS, we build the SortedSet with:
{noformat}
new NamesQueryFilter(ImmutableSortedSet.copyOf(expected.getColumnNames())
{noformat}
but ImmutableSortedSet.copyOf() uses the natural order of keys unless a
comparator is given, which is not what we want.
