The issue causes vnodes * replicas tasks be started for each job, correct?
Would be nice if we have a parameter to specify the vnodes / task proportion.
Example:
Vnodes: 256 (default)
Replicas: 3
Tasks started by Pig: 768
With proportion = 3 we would have only 768 / 3 = 256 tasks started, improving
the performance.
This make sense?
