Currently upgrade_through_versions test is broken. 1.1.9 will not start with
java7 and trunk will not start with java6. Fix will involve defining a
DTEST_JAVA6_HOME environment variable that when not defined will cause test to
forgo testing 1.1.9 and instead test upgrading from 2.6 to trunk.
